3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your automation needs
• Grant necessary access to systems and tools for implementation
• Participate in scheduled consultations and provide timely feedback
• Maintain appropriate security measures for your systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with agreed terms

4. Service Delivery

We will provide services in accordance with the agreed scope and timeline. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results, as automation effectiveness depends on various factors including system compatibility, data quality, and client implementation.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Fees are due as specified in the service agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Additional services may incur additional charges

6. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, and general automation frameworks. Custom implementations created for your specific needs may be subject to different ownership terms as specified in individual agreements.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your business information and trade secrets. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from third-party systems or services
• Problems caused by client modifications to our work

9. Warranty and Support

We provide services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Support terms will be specified in individual service agreements.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual agreements. Upon termination:

• You will pay for services rendered up to the termination date
• We will deliver any completed work
• Confidentiality obligations will continue

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Automation Lab Works LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
